I wanted to make something Stampede-related, to promote the agency I cofounded in 2012, and the result was: Stampedisms. It pokes fun at the things people often say in Calgary during the world’s largest rodeo, with fun translations of what they actually mean. It won plenty of attention, with coverage from local TV, radio, and newspapers — and a tweet of approval from the Stampede itself. There were 50 in total, but here are 10 of my favourites.
