A year after Calgary's 2013 flood, Mayor Naheed Nenshi declared Neighbour Day to commemorate how friends and strangers rallied to help flood victims. I was one of those helped (thanks, fluddies!), so it was a pleasure to help brand this block party finder that helped people gather and celebrate.
